Synopsis:

Two men are Handcuffed together as they try to get one woman's phone number in 10 minutes.  The first one to succeed will win $100 cash!  They can't reveal the contest to the women, and can't offer any kinds of incentives for the number.  This Episode was filmed at California State University of Long Beach, with the SurfSide Television Production crew.
