Synopsis:

Two men are Handcuffed together as they try to get one woman's phone number in 10 minutes.  The first one to succeed will win $100 cash!  They can't reveal the contest to the women, and can't offer any kinds of incentives for the number.  Episode: Pilot - "Jose & Josh".  Program Type: Reality.
